These terms govern your use of auth.melyx.id and the applications connected to it (the "Service"). By creating an account or signing in, you agree to these terms.

2. Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to access other users' accounts or data.
- Do not probe, scan, or disrupt the Service.
- Do not use the Service to send spam, malware, or illegal content.
- Do not reverse-engineer or resell the authentication layer.
3. Third-party sign-in
If you authenticate via Google or GitHub, you also agree to their respective terms of service. We act only as a relying party and do not control those providers.
4. Service availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, update features, or discontinue parts of the Service with reasonable notice.
5. Termination
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or threaten the integrity of the Service. On termination, your personal data will be handled per our Privacy Policy.
6. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Melyx is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
7. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email or on this page at least 14 days before taking effect.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
